Nestled in the heart of the charming Sanford Historic District, Venue 1902 is truly one-of-a-kind. Set on an entire city block, this storied Romanesque Revival building was built in 1902 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. What we now call Preservation Hall once functioned as The Sanford Grammar School also known as the Sanford High School and as the Margaret K. Reynolds Building.
